Important Notice on Document Classification
Each document presented for notarization is treated as a separate legal instrument and charged independently — regardless of whether the documents relate to the same transaction, matter, or party. A document is defined by its legal identity and purpose, not its physical proximity to another document.

For the avoidance of doubt: where multiple documents are presented together — for example, a marriage certificate accompanied by a certificate of no impediment — each document shall attract the full notarization fee as each requires a separate notarial act, seal, and official certification.

All fees are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are subject to review. Clients will be advised of the applicable fee before any work commences.

All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes. Government disbursements for authentication services are included where stated.
